We all know how the London hub is relevant in the innovation and startup community in all sectors. And of course, the foodtech sector is not an exception. Several players act as food community leaders and contribute to make the London ecosystem one of the main interesting in the world.
One of the main players in the City is YFood, a community of food passionate and startups experts, on a mission to drive innovation in the food industry using tech to solve global food issues. YFood sees food as one of the most important and biggest economies in the world, and technology it’s biggest enabler and driver for scalable, global and positive impact.
Recently an other player, Forwardfooding, launched a special coworking space hosting a community of food innovators, experts and lovers. Located at Huckletree West in White City, The Food & Food Tech Innovation Hub is London’s first coworking space open to foodtech startups looking to network, engage and partner up with like-minded food and tech businesses.
Foodforward attended the July event of the YFood community, focused on Food and retail innovation. An exceptional speakers panel animated the afternoon session, while the in the morning startups and investors had the chance to meet in dedicated one-to-one meetings.
